The aim of this study was to investigate the new structure of the 10th biology textbook on the educational performance of biology teachers.The research method is descriptive survey. And the statistical population of this research is 395 biology teachers in Khuzestan province, A sample of 186 people was randomly selected from the Morgan table. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was provided to the statistical sample after confirming its validity and reliability and SPSS software was used to analyze the data.The results showed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics that from the point of view of tenth grade biology teachers, the new structure of the biology textbook has an effect on improving classroom management, teaching methods, improving modern thinking, teaching innovation and increasing teachers' ability to evaluate biology lessons. Understanding the ways in which innovation, reflection, and innovation are developed in creating a culture of learning change has played an effective role in biology teachers in relation to the new structure of the Tenth Biology textbook.
